Yes—on September 1, the paid version of V0.5 will be made available for free, and it has all content from the previous demo builds, including the content that was previously behind the paywall :)
You need a minimum of 8 dollars to get the current paid version-- but... he makes it so it's only THIS paid version. You have to re-pay if you want another newer version. I'd rather him just set a $10-15 price tag and let people keep it for future builds too, then to just... milk every penny he can from this.
I still have questions. I'm confused about the payment. What's the difference between paying 8 dollars in itch and paying 6 dollars? Can you give a brief explanation?
Right now, "Smooth Slave" is the only route that has dedicated watersports content (and Jesse's routes in general have some mentions of watersports), although there will be more routes in the future that include it! The wiki site will also be updated in the future to make it easier to see what themes are associated with which routes.

I downloaded it but still can get the dragon's vore ending ;w; ;w; when will it be added ? and what old paid stuff can I play with then?

what routes get you the watersports stuff....................????????????
